The FOTCK has been assembled to provide the technician responsible for the installation of the fiber optic transmitters and receivers in the system all the necessary tools. The kit contains an optical power source and optical power meter to test the installed cable and connectors optical loss.  A viewable light source is included to find damaged fiber and jumpers. A microscope is included to inspect connectors as are cleaning materials to clean dirty connectors, pigtails, jumpers and coupler fittings.

By testing and cleaning the installed fiber cable, you can be sure to have the proper signal levels and eliminate problems and damaged equipment.
