The TAMM-QAM is a High Definition Frequency Agile digital
Encoder / Modulator.
It has an industry standard HDMI input which it then encodes
in MPEG2 and modulates the signal in either QAM or 8VSB.
The QAM can be set to QAM256 or QAM64 as is used in MMDS
applications.
The TAMM-QAM is a Mini Mod type device that fits in all of the
various Mini Mod chassis like the Toner TMMRC-12 and is
powered by the associated Power Supply like the TMMPS.
The TAMM-QAM only uses one module space meaning the
Chassis can hold up to 12 units. Set up and programming is
easily accomplished via a GUI interface and RJ45 Ethernet jack
on the front.
