MAG540/540w3 are high-performance 4K and HEVC-enabled Linux set-top boxes intended for operators. The ARM Cortex-A35 quad-core CPU with a new Amlogic S905Y4 chipset ensures this model is more powerful than the previous generation devices. MAG540/540w3 supports all the latest codecs, including H.265 and Dolby Digital Plus™.
On request, we can integrate the set-top box with middleware and DRM/CAS. Operators that used legacy MAG models can quickly integrate the device using the API. The set-top box features two USB ports and offers 100 Mbps Ethernet connectivity, while MAG540w3 also supports wireless connections.
